HR Recruiter - Technical Recruitment/IT Hiring - BFS - Contractual (6-10 yrs)
- Min 6+ years experience in handling core IT hiring for BFSI companies.
- Solid understanding of hiring for various vanilla & niche IT skillset candidates (ex. AI / Machine Learning, Azure cloud, Aladdin, Power BI )
- Extremely good sourcing skills (through Naukri / LinkedIN).
- Extremely good co-ordination & problem solving skills along with Good English communication skills both verbal and written
- Ab initio contract for 6 Months. Based on Performance Contract extended.
