HR Recruiter - Consulting Firm

Opening - HR Recruiter ( Client side) for a leading Consulting firm, Bangalore

- 5 to 7 years of experience in Recruitment from FMCG/Pharma/Manufacturing/Consulting industry

- Should be well versed with PAN India corporate hiring roles like Finance, IT, legal from the above-mentioned industry types.

- Excellent Stakeholder management is required, at any given point of time would be working on 20 to 30 requirements should be able to manage nothing less than 10 to 15 Hiring managers/stake holders at a time.

- Should have good basic knowledge in excel like starting from simple formulae to at least Pivot level. Good with power point is an additional advantage.

- Very good written and oral communication skills.

- Should be a subject matter expert in all portals Naukri, Linkedin & iimjobs.

- Candidate from similar RPO structure and work environment is preferred

- MBA is preferred.
