- Drive strategic HR initiatives and system implementations - Set up the HR Analytics practice including dashboards and predictive analytics - Drive improvements in C&amp;B design, delivery processes and utilization - Lead competition mapping exercises to benchmark and keep our EVP competitive - Drive budgeting and resource planning for various departments across India - 3 - 5 years of experience in Process Improvement, C&amp;B Design or HR Business Partnering - 1+ years of experience in creating and publishing dashboards for a department/ business unit - 1+ years of experience in project/ program management - Exposure to Talent Management would be an added advantage - Exposure to C&amp;B delivery preferred
