Role Responsibilities - Training: - Preparing training and review presentation - Maintaining MIS - Training program co-ordination - Preparing training calendar/feedback/ survey etc. - Research for creating learning modules - Aware of learning concepts and tools (ADDIE Model) - Research on training methods suitable for skill development. - Arrange in-house training facilities and necessary equipment - Keep yourself updated on new training techniques and procedures Role Responsibilities - Engagement: - Candidate should prepare the engagement calendar for the organization. - Manage end to end process of the engagement plan. - Candidate needs to create strategically aligned engagement activities and fun at work activities too. - Creative ideation to engage the employees from all departments and chalk out a proper plan for the same. - Identify vendors for the events, evaluating them, negotiating in terms of cost. - Budgeting: Finalizing a vendor basis comparison with other vendors in terms of cost, content quality, timelines, etc. and accordingly negotiating with them. Awareness of the overall budget of the entire engagement plan. - Connect with the stakeholders of the organization, involve them to explain the strategic purpose behind the event &amp; get their buy-in. - Branding the engagement event to all the employees to ensure maximum participation. Role Responsibilities - Talent Management: - Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent. - Participate in organizational strategic planning and provide leadership for Performance Management (PM) and Quality Improvement (QI) policy development. - Manage the maintenance and execution of the performance management system, including current job descriptions, standards of performance and performance evaluation instruments. - Research and assist in the development of PM training programs that focus on enabling the workforce to achieve improvements with priority organizational concerns. Skill Sets: Education Qualifications: MBA Education / Certification: Competency Mapping, Talent Management, Instructional Design will be given preference. Specialist functional Exposure: Talent Management &amp; Employee Engagement Skills &amp; Competencies Required (Behavioral &amp; Technical / Functional): 1. Pleasing personality 2.
