- Maintain knowledge of current best practices in the field of compensation and benefits. - Establish working relationships with in-country reward and HR Business Partner teams. - In close partnership with the Head of APAC Rewards, HR Leaders and In-Country Reward teams, identify opportunities to streamline and standardize compensation processes across the region. - Manage and support the annual compensation cycle across the region, ensure alignment to global practices, as needed. - Develop and provide compensation / incentive reports to key stakeholders, based on an understanding of business needs. - Strengthen the approach towards market compensation and benefits alignment through participation in market surveys. Develop a standard approach to review salary ranges on an annual basis. - Provide project management support for Compensation and Benefits related programs/policies in APAC. Assessing vendor proposals at APAC level, narrowing options and making tactical recommendations based on expected results, desired outcomes and success measures. - Contributing to the ongoing review of benefits vendors and global compensation programs, policies and processes Key skills - Very strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong project management skills - Flexibility in a changing, fast-paced environment with multiple work demands. - Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail. - High level of Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis. - Sound knowledge of all HR aspects, especially expertise in various new trends in C&amp;B - People management skill and experiences - Solution and Result orientation Experience Required: - 10-15 years of experience, with at least 7+ years in the field of Compensation and Benefits - Prior experience in consulting, with managing and leading large projects in global matrixed organizations is a plus. - Experience in leveraging technology and analytics to inform decisions and enable delivery Kalpana Chhatriwal CorporateSearch
