Job Description:
- Bring fresh thinking into capability building - structure, processes and people, through research and networking
- Design and implement Career & Performance Frameworks, Talent Building initiatives
- Partner with Business & BU HR teams to build talent basis performance and potential, create individual development plans and robust succession planning
- Review the DO&P level org design from time to time and provide recommendations based on changing business scenarios
- Co-create and lead interventions for business & cultural transformations
- Analyzing data derived from People Practices database, Engagement tools and HR dashboards for identifying and designing appropriate solutions for process effectiveness
- Support leadership in building HR dashboards for executive level reviews
- Developing new Employee Engagement frameworks using internal & external social media platforms
- Automation & Process Improvements in key employee processes
- Policy review and update of people process policies including Variable Pay

- Ability to use theoretical models and research to create practical solutions
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills with great attention to detail
- Learning orientation and comfort with ambiguity
- Ability to front end discussions with business leaders and stakeholders as an HR SME
- Good hands-on knowledge and appreciation of Business and HR processes & policies
- Ability to work independently with diverse & global teams with high degree of collaboration
