Job Description : - Design and implementation of end to end HR processes across HR working closely with other relevant functions. - Facilitate global and local HR process meetings and workshops. - Document HR Processes and linked documentation such as process maps and Standard Operating Procedures . - Deliver continuous process improvement across HR Processes - Process and change support for transition of HR processes to Shared Services - Identify and deliver Change Management activities for HR, Employees and Line Managers as part of process changes/transition to Shared Services. (e.g. Change Impact Assessments, comms &amp; training materials)
