HR PeopleSoft Role - HRIS (4-8 yrs)
Looking for a candidate experienced working in PeopleSoft / PS Query / SQL Query,
Must have experience in Query Writing and working on ad hoc reports.
Job Description :
- Maintains HRIS system to ensure efficient operations, processing and reporting.
- Conducts audits on a regular basis to ensure accurate data is maintained and processes are followed. Design and implement audit queries as needed based on identification of data integrity gaps.
- Identifies HR needs and determines system changes or implementations that may be required.
- Creates specifications for changes to system and works with appropriate technical staff or outside sources to ensure changes are performed correctly.
- Plays key role in and conducts testing for conversions, implementations and updates.
- Corrects data as required; prevents negative impact on system.
- Maintenance of ancillary HR setup tables.
- Plays key role in representing HRIS department in all phases of global projects where HR data and/or data support is involved.
- Writes/Runs routine, compliance, and ad hoc data reports using SQL and PeopleSoft Query.
- Trains personnel in data entry, processes and reporting. Creates user guides, as needed.
- Resolves Help Desk tickets and data requests sent through HRIS mailboxes.
Competencies :
- Hands on experience in Peoplesoft.
- +4 years experience in HRIS data management
- Recent PeopleSoft 9.x experience, to include experience with Recruiting, Workforce Development, Compensation, Absence Management, Global Payroll modules
- Process oriented with good overall knowledge of business concepts, practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements regarding HR and Payroll processes.
- Committed to customer service with ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication .skills, including verbal, written, presentation and training
