We are hiring Payroll and Benefits operations for one the leading fmcg industry in Mumbai .
Role- Payroll & Benefits Administrator
Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in organization of repute.
Role and Responsibilities:-
Key responsibilities of the role holder will include:
Payroll Processing
- Payroll management - Monthly payroll processing - timely payout and booking of monthly salary, statutory dues (PF, ESIC etc)
- Payroll input, processing, checking and finalization
- Coordination with Payroll vendor and Finance team for timely preparation and disbursement
- Bonus, Ex-gratia and Variable pay calculation
- Payroll Accounting - gratuity, leaves and managing all HR related accounts and reconciliations with accounts
HR Operations
- On-boarding and off-boarding of employees in system
- Full & Final settlement - end to end off-boarding process including full and final settlement processing
- Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports
- Administration of the HRMS system
Benefits administration
- Administration of company's benefits programs, including insurance programs, Leaves, Attendance, and policies
- Renewal of insurance policy, employee queries redressal
HR Statutory Compliance
- Statutory payments - PF, ESIC etc
- HR Statutory compliance - coordinate the Audit and identify the gaps, complete the necessary requirements
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR
HR Analytics
- MIS reports related to HR - headcount reports
- Create and publish periodic HR dashboards
Knowledge:
- Very good understanding payroll processing
- Knowledge of Income tax rules, Statutory rules like PF, Gratuity, Minimum wage etc
- Excellent command on Excel
- Should have handled Payroll, Leave & Attendance software and bio metric software
- Good communication skills.
