KRAs:

- Partner with the Zonal business team to drive profitable growth by improving quality of talent. and productivity

- Drive HR interventions, improve Effectiveness and engagement of employees in the Zone

- Execute HR processes in the Zone

- Manage HR Budgets

- Ensure full compliance to all statutory and labour laws in each outlet
