Calling professionals From Human Capital Advisory/Consulting  Calling People from HR Consulting or HR Advisory/Consulting consulting backgrounds  Who have keenness to create better HR transformational / HR Consulting/Advisory for organizations  Location - Mumbai/Bangalore   The role involves heading a business zone, responsible for P&L of that zone, kind of clients to acquire, business services to built, delivery SOP's etc   We need someone who has worked in variety of roles in HR advisory/consulting from performance mgmt to OD to transformation to advisory etc   This role will demand building up the force as well ; BD is must in this role  Few skills to list   HR Strategy, Talent Strategy, HR process design, Talent Analytics, Competency Management, Compensation and Benefits consultant, Human Capital Consulting  Work Experience - Has led HR Advisory/Consulting projects as a HR Advisory/Consulting Lead or work stream lead and has exposure in HR Advisory/Consulting Strategy, HR Advisory/Consulting, PMS, Project and Team Management. The candidate should have a strong understanding in HR Advisory/Consulting so as to provide innovative solutions, respond to proposals and set up a HR Advisory/Consulting work stream for a client. The candidate should have completed at least 4 HR Advisory/Consulting projects.  Role - Has work experience setting up a HR ADVISORY/CONSULTING project and managing work streams such as Stakeholder Engagement, Impact Assessment, Communication Planning, HR Advisory/Consulting Measurement (HR Advisory/Consulting Readiness / Surveys, Business Readiness, HR Advisory/Consulting History Assessment), HR Advisory/Consulting Network, Leadership Coaching, Training Strategy and Learning & Performance Support. Additional experience in Organization Design/Culture and HR Advisory/Consulting Diagnostics/Analytics areas would be beneficial.
