HR Operations & Support Manager - Professional Services Firm (4-6 yrs)
Our Client is one of the fortune 200 professional services firm having headquarters in the U.S.A
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implementing & driving various HR initiatives, driving culture and employee engagement initiatives
- Grievances handling and disposal of the same with appropriate action
- Maintaining employee records on HRMS and keeping it up to date in totality (creating new joiners, processing exits, transfers)
- Addressing and resolving queries on timely basis
- Keeping a track on employee turnover and exit rate
- Taking the surveys in order to understand their engagement level and accordingly take actions.
- Processing full & final settlements within timelines (recoveries, gratuity pay-outs etc.)
- Hr Engagement, Rewards & Recognition, Training Compliance
Requirement
- Candidates with excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) and good academic background.
- Proven work experience of handling HR functions as an Lead/ Manager
- Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
- Tech savvy, Macros, Advanced Excel
- B v v563
com/BBA/MBA or related field, holding any specialization
- Meticulous, must be able to work on tight timelines under pressure, multi-tasker
