HR Operations Role - Payroll - BFSI/Retail/Telecom

We are hiring a candidate having decent experience in HR Operations - Payroll processing role for one of the leading bank based out of Mumbai (Navi Mumbai)

- Experience in handling employee benefits, retirals, payroll accounting

- JV reconciliation along with Finance team as per banking standards

- Managing all types of Audits related to team- internal, external, financial, RBI

- Managing company retirals like Gratuity, PF, NPS

- Handling compliance, PF vendor for smooth functionality
