HR Operations Role - Payroll - India &amp; US&nbsp; - HC Ops with payroll expertise: Need a person who has been full time working on HC Operations and is an expert on payroll processes. - This person will be responsible to manage the payroll process of the entire organisation and for all geographies. Hands on experience in managing India and USA payroll will be a must.&nbsp; - Payroll will be 60- 65% of the work and the person should be open and capable to pick up other operations work as well as needed. Excel, VBA, other office applications will be required. Any other visualisation tools- knowledge will be added advantage - Will be working closely on back-end operations work of Performance Management and Compensation related projects.&nbsp; - This will include activities like preparation for increments, bonus pay-out, compensation letters, HRMS management, EPR set up, review process management, data management for all these processes. This will also be 65 to 70% of the person's role.
