Contractual Role for 12 months This role is with a media firm. We are hiring a qualified HR Operations Executive/manager for overseeing and managing all operations of our HR department and for providing support to the company's employees. Responsibilities : - Monitor the company's HR systems as well as databases - Oversee execution of all HR Operational activity - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of tasks in line with the relevant project plan. Requirements : - Good Communication - Should have experience in HR MIS, HR Analytics and HR Dashboards. - Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint. - Should be familiar with HRMS systems like Peoplesoft, SAP, Success Factors. - Familiarity with HR operations including hiring, payroll and employee benefits. - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience Compensation :10-12 LPA
