HR Operations Role - IT (6-11 yrs)

- Provide advice and support to people managers and employees on operational HR matters

- Manage the delivery of core HR cycle activities (PPP, EOS), supporting with talent reviews and creation of development plans associated with succession plans, facilitating calibration meetings, tracking and reporting progress of performance management processes

- Provide coaching and support for line managers as they handle difficult employee relations issues and challenges, acting as a HR counsellor providing advice and guidance as required

- Ensure that all HR services in country are delivered in compliance with global policy and geographic employment legislative requirements.

- Ensure they are up to date with legislative and other external changes across the geography. Conduct regular external benchmarking on HR best practise

- Support HR Business Partners with the creation of workforce plans within the local area, providing local knowledge and supporting with the delivery of relevant activity

- Support the Area HR manager in developing and implementing the Area HR Operations plan which supports the delivery of Business HR and COE priorities.

- Co-ordinate specific activities with external stakeholders on behalf of LR e.g. works councils, regulatory bodies, external reporting etc

- Take the lead on HR projects and initiatives, working with HR and business customers, for example, running town hall meetings, researching activities and trends, implementing new policies or ways of working, supporting local restructuring activity or other change projects.

- Develop and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders e.g. with line managers, colleagues, and specialists.

- Ensure HR services are delivered within assigned budgets

- Lead and deliver local employee engagement initiatives
