He/she will working closely with the office administrative team to ensure that employee requirements are taken care of. He/she will work on developing and implementing various HR systems and HR administrative processes while maintaining positive relationships with vendors and internal staff. Duties &amp; Responsibilities: - Research, implement and administer all company benefit plans. - Managing HR Process like payroll &amp; database management system (GreyTip HR) by gathering and updating data and ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Maintain all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to staff. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, and ensuring regulatory compliance. - Maintain all personnel files. - Act as back-up to Staff Accountant for payroll processing. - Work closely with Admin team for office services functions including office equipment, supplies and vendors.Also work with PS Business Partners and Office Administration teams to plan and execute employee engagement related events.
