Looking for an HR Operations professionals having hands on experience in HRIS and SAP HR who can ensuring the HR processes are well-managed for compliance, effectiveness, and efficiency

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for managing onboarding, offboarding services and employee requests.

- Responsible for data accuracy in human resource information systems (HRIS)

- Ensure data governance by supporting audits as per compliance and security management.

Requirements :

- Experience in Managing HRIS Data and Experience working in SAP HR Module.

- Experience in Managing Onboarding & Offboarding services

- Managing Employee Queries through HR ticketing System

- Preparing & managing employee letters during the life cycle.
