Assistant Manager, Human Resources Scope of the role : This role will be responsible for all ongoing HR Operations activities with specific emphasis on the digital HR transformation. Expected skills: - 7-10 years overall HR experience. - Good experience in driving digital HR transformations. - Should have implemented any of the enterprise HR solutions ( Workday / Oracle / SAP ). - A technology-centric background with experience in all relevant HR processes. - Hands on experience in complete employee life cycle management including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and exits. - Should be a subject matter expert in any one of the Core HR areas like benefits, rewards, learning and development. - Experience in conducting various market compensation &amp; benefits surveys, come out with competitive &amp; employee-friendly C&amp;B practices &amp; policies. - Good experience in developing reward &amp; recognition strategies for existing employees. - Should be a good team player.
