HR Systems and Processes:

- Develop, implement, and maintain efficient HR systems, processes, and procedures to support the overall HR function.

- Continuously review and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

- Manage and maintain the HR information system (HRIS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.

Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:

- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of required paperwork.

- Manage the offboarding process, conducting exit interviews, and ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.

Benefits Administration:

- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave management, and other employee welfare programs.

- Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, resolve issues, and liaise with benefit providers.

Payroll Processing and Compliance:

- Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.

- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR operations and payroll processing.

HR Reporting and Analytics:

- Prepare regular HR reports and metrics, providing insights to HR leadership and management.

- Analyze HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven decision-making.

Employee Records Management:

- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with data protection laws.

- Develop and implement record-keeping procedures and policies.

HR Support and Employee Relations:

- Provide support to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and inquiries.

- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
