HR Operations Role - Financial Firm

Looking for Leadership role with experience in handling the Human Resources for the Leading Financial Organization.

Job Responsibilities:

FUNCTIONAL/ OPERATIONAL:

1.Ensures Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the process are met as agreed upon with the client.

2.Manage HRSS team responsible for delivering services to Global Business locations

3.Efficiently managing the employee on-boarding process including coordinating with different support functions maintain employee masters within the HRMS and complete employee records, Day to day employee support on leave and attendance, Manage the regular confirmation, transfers, exit management.

4.Support to other HR functions like Talent Acquisition, Learning & development, Business HR etc

5. Performs trend analysis on MIS/ data and identifies deficiencies (tools, metrics and reports) and recommends solutions.

TEAM RELATED:

1. Manages performance of individual Ops/team managers through performance management, career planning strategies and sharing of best practices, therefore managing performance of the entire process.
