HR Operations Role - eCommerce Startup

- Responsible for managing end-to-end employee life cycle for employees within the organisation for Chennai location

- Work with business in ensuring timely and smooth business expansion in the city from a people perspective

- Assist in Designing HR initiatives (Compensation, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Management etc.)

- Drive implementation of HR initiatives in coordination with city HRBP teams
