Role: HR Operations
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CHRO to develop and implement the strategy for HR operations
- Design, develop and successfully implement an effective HRIS
- Develop effective HR policies and processes and continuously monitor and review the same
- Ensure all records, policies and data are in compliance with statutory requirements
- Oversee payroll and provide strong inputs on budgeting and revision of C&B plans
Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in end to end HR operations
- Hands-on experience in implementation of HR technology and HRIS
- Strong analytical skills with ability to organize and analyze data
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance, C&B and payroll management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
