Your core responsibilities:
- Build and maintain HR operations efficiency; define and follow processes and initiatives which will enhance our performance driven organisation particularly around quality, delivery and cost optimisation
- Have accountability for maintenance of all stages of the employment life cycle; including drafting contracts, employment letters, new hire orientation and onboarding, staff movements, staff relocation assistance, terminations etc);
- Maintaining accurate Information Systems including HRIS, Payroll Data and all related tools associated to HR
- Support the HRBP's in providing the best service levels and provide the needed information and specific communication on HR Operations related topics
- Review and suggest updates to HR policies - striving for best practice and always aligning with any applicable legislation changes
- Support the various HR Teams in providing the best service levels and provide the needed information and specific communication on HR Operations related topics
- Work with the leadership team to develop key HR practices and programs aligned to the organisation's strategy and culture.
- Own global mobility projects and all visa related activities
- Maintain relationships with external providers including relocation specialist services, health insurance providers, tax advisors etc
- Have accountability for local HR reporting requirements, ensuring the team prepare reports for global and local requirements
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Support HR audits and investigations as needed, gathering relevant documentation and information.
Your skills and experiences:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher level of education in Human Resources, Business or related field;
- 4+ years' experience in a Generalist HR role or Shared Services role in a progressive, high touch, fast paced environment;
- Previous experience using WD is an advantage but not essential;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Experienced in process improvement, developing SOPs, training, and building HR capability;
- Possesses an abundance of common sense and pragmatism to solve problems and get results.
