Communicate HR Impact : Ensure Communication to all Stake Holders Outcomes, Results, Achievements, CAPA & Business Impact monthly
Manage HR IT systems : Ensure Zero Break downs and Seamless IT & Digital HR Systems
Policy & Compliance Management : Ensure monitoring & tracking of all HR Policy Implementation and consequence management to ensure adherence to policy and 100% statutory compliance
Handling Grievances : listen to & receive grievances of the HR team & internal customers and provide resolutions as per HR & TMT guidelines
Manage Vendor Performance : Focus on identified Vendor SLAs, track & review performance, ensure consequence management & manage productivity, results & motivation of the vendor.
