HR Manager - Training - Manufacturing Plant (8-10 yrs)
Looking for Manager HR with training management experience for one of the largest consumer durable company. Position is based out of Hyderabad manufacturing plant.
Position Title: Training Manager
Role and Responsibilities:
- Leading training activities for entire plant in Hyderabad for the workers
- Prepare a training plan and will also handle all training related administrative support, conduct audits, Co-ordination with external training agencies- Concept/content development/delivery of training.
- Follow-up with all Training Agencies/Trainers for identification of trainers, carrying out the preliminary screening & coordinating the training programs, including managing the training programs.
- Identification of training needs identified for Employees.
- Keeping the training database updated.
- Identifying and ensuring the operational training for employees.
- Ensuring the training activities within budget.
