Job Title : Manager, HR - Total Rewards & Operations

These functions are responsible for developing, planning & executing global compensation and benefits programs. This position serves as the leader and subject matter expert for Total Rewards team, inclusive of Compensation, Benefits, Wellness, and Recognition processes, and provides comprehensive analytical support for the design and administration of all Total Rewards projects. This role also leads the HR business operation function ensuring excellence through data integrity, testing, reporting, and process improvement opportunities.

All about the Role: Compensation & Benefits

- Develops and implements compensation philosophy, establishes benchmarks, and proactively advises on compensation updates, working closely with key stakeholders

- Drives superior compensation delivery capabilities through the simplification and automation of compensation processes

- Develops and evolves pay scale and structure and determines competitive wage rates in multiple geographies

- Leads the team that administers compensation programs, including the annual merit increase program and incentive pay

- Actively engages in market and salary surveys to determine prevailing rates and benefits

- Working alongside the Benefits specialist, manages Benefits administration including renewals, policy revamp, employee health and wellness programs; benchmarks best practices by country to develop programs that are a differentiator for employees

- Has a thorough understanding of compliance, acts and regulations across geos; ensure that compensation and benefit practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations

- Creates and manages routine analysis related to employee benefits, diversity and compensation, management reports, and organizational health indicators

- Evaluates and maps HRIS organizational needs and ensure accurate and useful system design which meets evolving requirements

- Provides advisory service, functional guidance, and assistance to business leaders in job review and position design HR Operations
