Job Title : HR Manager, Talent Management

Business Group and Unit - Headquarters - Human Resource

Work Location : Noida, India

Reports to : HR Head, India

Position Summary (National Role) :

A blend of strategic and tactical deliverables, this role is responsible for ideating, designing and executing the Talent Management, Capability Development and Culture Building initiatives for India. Working closely with the country leadership and global HR teams, endeavor would be to enable business for much stronger performance and to build a strong talent pipeline.

The role would also be the PMO for India HR function driving country level agenda on various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Development : Design and institutionalize talent development framework to support accelerated learning and growth using the 70/20/10 approach for strengthening the organization capability

Succession planning : Work directly with the business leaders to identify and develop the high potential talent in order to build a robust leadership succession slate

Learning and capability building : Be the custodian for executing the capability development strategy (TNI, content development, delivery and evaluation of effectiveness).

- Develop annual fiscal year learning and development budget and ensuring effective utilization

- To develop and implement internal systems and procedures to ensure cost effectiveness, consistency and quality of training program development & delivery, based on data and trends

- Work with India HR Head to program manage all HR projects running in the country

- Drive the agenda of Sales Excellence through various interventions

- Provide expertise and guidance to other members of the HR team in the areas of organization diagnostics, design, culture and provide creative solutions to complex problems

- Participate in APAC and global projects, as need be, represent India talent management on internal and external forums

- Develop 1 or 2 team members

Job Related Competencies :

- Good knowledge of talent management, org diagnostics, org design, culture development and change management

- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong program management skills

- Business partnering approach. High level of influencing abilities and openness to change

- Ability to work and collaborate in a matrix structure across multiple geographies

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS / WORK :

- Post graduate degree in HR from premier institutes.

- 10+ years of experience in a mix of HR Business Partnering and a specialized area within HR

- Experience of working with senior leaders independently
