HR Manager - Talent Management - FMCG/Consumer Tech/Telecom/Mfg - XLRI/TISS/MDI/SIBM (6-8 yrs)
Executive Hiring is looking for an HR Manager - Talent Management for a large Outfit, based in Kolkata.
Post Grad in HR from XLRI/TISS/MDI/SIBM etc. with 6-8 years of work experience in the HR of which at least 2 years in the Talent Management & Devp. space in a Large FMCG, Consumer Tech, Telecom, Mfg etc.
This role is a part of the Talent Development COE Function.
As a part of the responsibilities the incumbent will anchor -
a) Organization Design & Productivity initiatives for the organization.
b) Career and Succession Planning systems for senior leaders in the organization.
c) Organization Design and Productivity studies across various businesses
d) Conducting benchmarking studies to evaluate organizational effectiveness
e) Strengthening career and succession planning systems and processes
f) Ensuring integration of the above processes with the capability building plans
g) Relevant Projects in Talent Management
