We are hiring for a Tier 1 client based Bangalore location. Client is a sales driven consumer facing company.

Work Exp - 4 to 8 years in HR function and 1.5yrs work exp into Talent Management areas.

Education - Tier 1 MBA B School / Tier 2 B School

CTC - 18 to 24 Lakh

- Organization Development.

- Employee Engagement / Development Cultural Building.

- Lead & Implementation of Talent Management initiatives & process.

- Career conversations and development plan formulation for talent pool members.

- Drive awareness on talent management initiatives and role movements amongst all managers and employees.

Development of Talent Initiatives: for unique needs in India and localization of corporate initiatives as needed.

Cascade Annual 'In Tune' engagement scores around satisfaction drivers, diagnose gaps around engagement & plug the gaps working with Line Managers through focused Development Action Planning.

Design for a constructive slack against the identified crucial positions. Plan, suggest and create differentiated career for HiPos in the region basis their Career Aspirations and career philosophy.

Leading and developing a strategic HR road map for a rapidly expanding business and operations in collaboration with business stakeholders. Responsible for end to end execution of annual learning plan, adherence to budget and MIS management.

Responsible for anchoring all People Processes: Capability Development, Talent Management, R&R and employee Engagement, employee development and a true employee advocate for culture building in the organization etc.

Driving key HR Processes: Championing HR systems for Hi POT Career planning, succession planning, nurturing, next level road map etc, Talent Management.

Employee Engagement & Development: Design and implement effective employee attraction and retention strategies. HR Diagnostics and roll out Engagement programs, driving employee satisfaction and engagement initiatives.
