HR Manager - Talent Acquisition - University Relations & Staffing - COE - Manufacturing Firm (5-10 yrs)
- Drive efficiency in recruitment process by building on appropriate sourcing channels, process improvements and training on internal team
- Requisition Engagement & Sourcing management
- Attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer brand
- Screening resumes, conducting interviews and performing skills assessment tests for junior positions and internships
- Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions
- Managing the entire logistics associated with campus hiring
- Review RPO & Position RPO as a key partner for recruitment against vacancies
- Seamless coordination between HRSS & RPO for smooth execution of process/ transactions
- Ensure Quality of CVs provided/ adherence to CTQ
- Manage all vendors and ensure timely release of payments to all Vendors.
Experience:
5+ Years expertise in handling Campus Recruitment & RPO with an organization of repute
Qualification:
MBA-HR
