Job Responsibilities
- Ensure Interview process is on track in terms of open positions, TAT for hiring etc
- Design, Review and update job descriptions on regular basis
- Source potential candidates from various sources like Job Portals, Recruitment Consultants, Online platforms like linkedin, HR groups, etc.
- Calculate recruiting KPIs (e.g time-to-hire and time-to-fill)
- Work on Management Trainee programme and Campus Hiring
- Comprehensive stakeholder management at every stage of recruitment process.
- Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards Mass & Mid-Mass hiring.
- Ability to delegate and get work done effectively from the team
- Industry mapping and tracking to source manpower to work experience, job profile, fitment, functional expertise and organizational set ups.
- Good experience and understanding on all "Talent Acquisition" activities.
