Job Description :
Manpower Planning :
- Manpower planning strategy and budgeting in partnership with business
- Preparing strategy for talent availability and continuity plan
Talent Acquisition:
- Managed end to end recruitment
- Reviewing and screening applications through various sources
- Based on projected manpower responsible for lateral hiring/ campus hiring and walk in strategies and execution.
- Conduct HR Interviews for the shortlisted candidates along with the Business Heads
- Offer discussions/negotiations and closing the offers by providing industry best compensation
- Keep a tab on the hiring mix by hiring from cost effective channels
- Maintain the Employee Referral channels and Internal Job Posting for Corporate Finance
- Conducting Recruitment Drives as per the Business criticality
Performance Management:
- Managing the Annual Performance Review process for the mapped business
- Identifying the parameters of performance and setting up the KPI's and Driving Annual Performance Management for employee
Employee Engagement :
- Conducting employee engagement initiatives
- Conducting induction sessions, post joining and on-boarding activities.
- Addressing employee queries and ensuring employee communication
