About Client: Our Client is a leading global player in the shipping industry looking to hire a Manager HR for its Mumbai location. This is a team management role reporting to the Head Human Resources & Administration. As Manager HR, your roles and responsibilities will include: - HR business partnering for 400+ employees, while managing a team of 2-3 direct reports - Overall management of payroll in a Shared Services setup (including handling expat payroll) - Manage entire HR gamut especially employee engagement, stakeholder management and recruitment (be hands on with recruitment experience/connections with recruiters and temp agencies) - Manage HR Ops (general HR operations like HRMS, MIS, confirmations, offer generation, process and policy documentation etc.) - Drive workplace diversity program or initiatives Ideal candidate : - Comes with 7-10+ years, inclusive of 3-4 years' experience in managing people, has managed payroll in a Shared Services setup and has an eye for detail - Comes with strong experience in recruitment, employee engagement, driving D&I initiatives and stakeholder management
