HR Manager - Shared Services

Responsibilities :

- Manage HR shared services with a Build-Operate-Transition methodology

- Re-engineer operating model to fit current business strategy by standardizing processes, policies and lead transitions into shared service

- Optimize HRIS systems to meet workforce requirements, create opportunities for automation, improve HR system, processes to drive accuracy and functional effectiveness

- Develop Employee Life Cycle Processes & People Practices

- HR Operations Process Excellence- Onboarding, exit, transfer

- Payroll, Employee Master Database and SOPs

- Knowledge Management

- Compensation & Benefits analysis and benchmarking for different skill set as Cabin Crew, Pilots, Engineering, Front Line and Corporate Staff

- Extensive and effective stakeholder management, escalation management, decision making and operational excellence

- Lead, manage and develop superior business team for seamless operations and service delivery

- Change Management, Performance Management and Operational Effectiveness
