Responsibilities :

- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle. Conducting interviews, selection and Joining formalities

- Coordinating with external recruitment agencies

- Shortlisting on relevant candidate from various job portals

- Cold calling to candidate for job opportunities with our organization

- Identify and liaison with top institutes for recruitment

- Identify and liaison with external subject matter experts and freelance consultants for work force augmentation

- Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner

- Serves as liaison with candidates and communicate logistics associated with assessment and interviews

- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to proactively understand their requirement

- Prepare job profiles post understanding requirement from business or client

- Organize training of employees(both soft & technical skills)

- Support in establishing appropriate HR policies & processes

About You :

- Your communication skills are outstanding, and your written and spoken English are fluent

- You have exceptional inter-personal skills

- You must have experience of recruitment in the areas of analytics, banking, risk management and software.

- You are self-starter
