HR Manager - Recruitment - Internet Startup (3-5 yrs)
HR Recruiter Manager - In-house - Delhi - Internet
Responsibilities :
- Internal talent acquisition - drive our internal hiring efforts by sourcing star talent, liaison and manage ongoing relationships with recruiting agencies, manage candidate pipeline across all channels, schedule interviews & coordinate with candidates & internal interviewers
- Weekend drives for customers - take responsibility for ensuring that candidates selected by customers for weekend drives are informed and a reminder about the drive; coordinate with customers to ensure maximum turnouts at weekend drives
- Candidate support - manage our candidate email support tool; ensure that support emails are well crafted and respond to all candidate queries in a timely manner
- Talent Advisor team - manage our team of Talent Advisors who are responsible for acquiring high potential candidates; take responsibility for recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of talent advisors
Requirements :
- Experience in recruiting for a startup
- Fluent in English with excellent written and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive team player to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
