HR Manager - Recruitment (3-6 yrs)
The Core Purpose of this role :
The purpose of the HR & Recruitment Manager is to lead our projected headcount growth, leveraging our deeply mission- and values-driven culture, to share our story with candidates and to ensure that we have the best talent available to help Skillizen achieve its corporate goals and objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver on our recruitment objectives in line with our organizational values
- Draft job descriptions and all kinds of communication targeted at future and current employees.
- Workforce planning in partnership with the founder & head of operations
- Improve end-to-end candidate experience, through increased interview effectiveness, resulting in positive feedback from candidates
- Efficiently hire; retain and develop appropriate talent for the company Harness data to plan, review, assess, candidate profile, and recalibrate pipeline and performance
- Aligned organizational resources to maximize work effectiveness of employees and lead initiatives for developing ownership and attachment to the company's vision.
- Ensure a positive working relationship and create a culture of open progressive communication and mutual understanding between the HR and other departments at Skillizen.
Qualifications :
- Experience of leading HR & Talent Acquisition teams in a startup-like an environment
- Minimum 4+ years of progressive experience is required, with experience in fast-paced recruitment
- Strong experience with recruiting funnel operations, enablement, and analytics; demonstrated ability to mentor recruiters to improve their performance using data
- A solid strategic thinker, with a strong operational focus, good judgment, and detail-oriented perspective
- Comfort collaborating with leadership teams to ideate, iterate, and scale
- Excellent work organization skills, ability to appropriately set priorities, and manage multiple projects
- A well organized, decisive, and self-directed individual with a strong ability to develop an organizational culture that fosters teamwork
- Manage relationships and contracts with outside agencies and consulting firms
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and to deliver high quality written and verbal presentations
- Strong workplace technology and internet skills
