Roles and Responsibilities :
Purpose: Job description is a part of the company's quality policies and procedures. This standard defines the tasks and responsibilities for a position, in this instance of Lead - PMS
This standard is valid for all employees associated with this role.
The Lead PMS shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Assist the Head of HR in Performance Management System (PMS) administration.
- Assist the Head of HR in goal setting of the organization and individual employees.
- Administrate performance across the organization.
- Collate and prepare rating and PMS data for management review and presentation.
- Coordinate with total reward team and support in issues or revised Compensation letter. Will help in KRA/KPI for various departments.
