JD : The Organizational Development Manager plans, develops, implements and administers development and training programs for company employees. The manager also acts as liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitates initiatives across the organization. - Improve organizational effectiveness while adhering to the organizations culture and values - Maximize employees potential and help them amplify their contributions in furtherance of the organizations success - Assess what is happening within an organization and then conduct an intervention to try and create positive change - Align human behavior with the organizations strategy, structures, processes, business objectives, and so on - Help promote the organizations values throughout the workplace.
