Manager - HR & OD

The Manager, Human Resources is responsible for developing and managing work across a range of areas centered around talent acquisition and creation of employee lifecycle processes across the portfolio organizations. The Manager will work with multiple stakeholders in the organizations to implement various strategic interventions of Talent Management. This role will report to Associate Director, Talent Management & OD.

- Partner with the heads of the respective organizations to determine hiring needs and engage with talent partners accordingly

- Understand resource requirements for each of the portfolio organizations and design talent acquisition strategy to fulfil the requirements

- Develop job descriptions of the roles and collaborate with talent partners to attract high calibre talent for the portfolio organizations

- Establish and execute stages of the recruitment process from start to end

- Develop and implement policies as part of handbook centered around organization and employee wellness

- Ensure execution of processes in compliance with legal requirements

- Develop, design and implement performance management strategies, processes, and tools

- Partner with leaders of the portfolio organization to determine appropriate retention strategies, create and foster a positive work environment and facilitate creation of values across each portfolio organization

- Create robust strategies to execute innovative avenues that foster employee engagement

- Structure and outline communication plans to effectively socialize and drive change management to ensure sustainability of processes

- Plan, draft and package programs to support and promote comprehensive talent development in the organization

- Work in close coordination with leadership and other team members to introduce and implement new processes in the organization

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities :

- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

- Work experience with managerial responsibilities and track record of high achievement in managing mid to large size clients/ customers

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to develop plans, systematically prioritize and manage resources in order to accomplish goals within a defined timeline

- Ability to employ design thinking principles keeping employees at the core of every strategic intervention of Talent Management

- Ability to effectively collaborate, engage and manage multiple stakeholders both within and outside the organization by facilitating regular communication and providing consistent support on deliverables

- Ability to be cognizant of the sense of urgency required in addressing internal stakeholder needs

- Ability to build team members- capabilities and skills with regular guidance and support

- Intermediate to advanced proficiency level in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word & PowerPoint

- Ability to work independently and proactively, without support staff and with little supervision

- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to lead meetings and strong facilitation skills to engage employees in various Talent Management sessions

- Strong planning and organizational skills, and an ability to be able to set priorities, plan timelines and meet deadlines
