HR Manager - Operations & Compensation - Stock Broking (10-15 yrs)
Our client is one of the leading and largest Stock Broking firms in India. Our client has entrusted us to hire an HR Manager - Operations & Compensation with 10 -12 Yrs of experience.
Location - Mumbai
Education - Graduate or MBA
Job Description:
A. Payroll Management
1. Monitor & ensure the timely & accurate Payroll, F&F inputs
2. Ensure the required reconciliations, publish MIS, wage analytics
3. Audit closures on Payroll and F&F without any observations
B. Compensation Management
1. Assist Head in the design of compensation packages in alignment with the company's strategic plan.
2. Manage manpower & pay budgets.
3. Ensure compliance with all reward practices (internal & external).
4. Draft job descriptions, ensure job mapping and job analyses and classifications.
5. Conduct/ participate in salary survey, hiring data analysis, and market research for
benchmarks & results in analysis for appraisal decisions.
C. Employee data Integrity
1. Ensure the complete employee data availability, timely updation & accuracy in the HR system.
2. Monitor, evaluate & maintain audit log for all the employee data actions.
D. Attendance - Leave management
1. Monitor & ensure the absenteeism closures/ leave management.
2. Publish the required matrices on Absence/attendance/ Leave.
