HR Manager - Manufacturing - TISS/XLRI/FMS/MDI (5-15 yrs)
Should be from Top Bshools like IIM's, MDI and XLRI
Salary: 20 - 25 Lakhs
Location: 30 kms from Gurgaon city
Experience: 2 -4 years in manufacturing units and interacted with all types of employees
- You will run the Performance and Rewards cycle for the entire organization
- You will be an employee champion, knowing more about employees and their teams than most insiders and working on such insights to further build engagement levels
- You will help company attract the right talent
- You will handle disciplinary cases and manage employee separations
- You will support your colleagues in fulfilling statutory HR compliances
- You will support your colleagues in the execution of people policies and HR transactions including HRMS maintenance
All rounded profile, that has worked on Performance Management, L&D and Recruitment also is preferable.
