- Responsible for People Development Team.
- Designing, Implementing & Monitoring OD initiatives Employee Satisfaction Survey
- Assessment Centres & Individual Development Plan
- Improving the Motivation / Engagement of employees
- Preparing & monitoring the HR budget, HR- MIS, Organisation structure.
- Responsible for various Audits i.e. TS
Specialized Skills :- Very good at MS office, presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of designing online System for L&D
- Good knowledge of OD, Learning & Development, TS
