Urgent hiring for a highly reputed MANUFACTURING GROUP.
Position - Manager - HR (Learning & Development)
Experience - 6 to 8 years
Job Location - Gurgaon
Qualification - MBA (HR)
Local candidates will be preferred.
Job Purpose :
Execute corporate learning & development (L&D) strategies, plans & policies aligned with organizations- vision & mission and facilitate the delivery of the organizations- Strategic Plan.
Internal Roles :
- Coordinating with different stakeholders and ensuring effective training delivery.
- Develop/modify training programs.
- Plan and execute developmental journeys for the employees across all locations.
- Measuring the effectiveness of pieces of training
- Maintaining MIS and budget details
- Consolidation of balance scorecards
- Exposure to Employee Engagement initiatives.
External Roles :
- Vendor management - Coordinating/meeting vendors for getting training proposals based on the development plan.
- Training program as per need.
Key Responsibility :
- Smooth execution of Learning & Development initiatives of the company.
- Quaterly / updating of Balance Scorecards (Target VS Actual)
- Planning and rolling out positive employee engagement initiatives.
Competencies / Skills Required :
- Strong knowledge of Learning and Development initiatives, E-learning and various other HR functions like Talent Management, Employee Engagement etc.
- Effective and strong communication skills (written & verbal both), Result Orientation and good interpersonal skills.
