HR Manager - Learning & Development - Food Business (5-7 yrs)
Job Description:
- Responsible for managing HR processes wrt employees capability and culture building across levels.
- Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
- Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs.
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
- Facilitate cultural transformation in the organization by anchoring employee engagement activities.
- Build a culture of appreciation by driving and managing rewards program.
- Drive new joinees induction and manage robust acclimatization programs and initiatives.
Responsibility and Mandate:
- Track monthly Training (budget vs spent) and Rewards and Recognition Budget and report on a monthly basis.
- Effective management of Learning Management System.
- Custodian of HR Collaterals in the organization.
- Bring change and be creative in existing employees capability and culture building processes and systems.
- Timely compilation and management of Learning, R&R, GST, Induction dashboards.
