HR Manager - Learning & Development (3-7 yrs)
Pls Note: It would be 6 days working
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management System:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of the organization & performance management framework, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure individual and team performance.
- Ensure regular communication of performance expectations and progress to both employees and management.
Training and Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive training and development strategy that aligns with business goals and addresses skill gaps across various departments.
- Identify training needs through assessments, surveys, and discussions with department heads and employees.
- Coordinate the delivery of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives, both internally and externally sourced.
HR Information System (HRIS) Management:
- Oversee the HRIS implementation, maintenance, and enhancement, ensuring its efficiency, accuracy, and relevance to HR processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams or external vendors to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, and implement necessary upgrades.
- Generate and analyze HRIS reports to provide insights for decision-making and process improvements.
