Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement, Manage and Report on key Employee Life Cycle Programs & Events:
- Performance Management Program
- Performance Improvement Program
- All HR governed policies applicable to employees
- Grievance handling and resolution process as per assigned levels
Employee Engagement:
- Ensure regular employee connect and survey as per the Business Engagement framework
- Prepare regular analytic dashboards on employee pulse basis the inferences from employee
- conversation basis the defined Business Engagement framework and performance metric.
- Provide internal support to various HR events and initiatives through the year
Learning & Development:
- Identify training needs of the business at various levels
- Responsible for developing e-learning training modules for rural lending team
- Ensure coordination with e-learning partner for timely design and delivery of programs
- Ensure timely completion of programs
- Ability to analyze and present training data in desired formats
Recruitment & Selection
- Responsible for supporting the recruitment needs of the rural lending business which includes managing the entire life cycle of Recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer discussion and on boarding process.
