HR Manager - IT (10-11 yrs)

The HR Manager manages / facilitates the various talent initiatives and processes for all associates across business and functions for the said geography. The incumbent will lead a team of HR generalists responsible for the implementation of the human resources policies, procedures and programs covering the entire associate life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

The role is responsible for the following areas for their respective geography:

- Associate onboarding and Induction

- Lead the associate engagement efforts in line with the associate engagement framework

- Implementation of the Performance Management Process

- Compliance to local legislations, as applicable

- Roll out of Learning programs and initiatives and organization level OD interventions

- Facilitate the compensation revision exercise and related aspects

- Monitor associate retention levels and collaborate with Business, HRBP and COEs for facilitating associate retention

- Lead the internal communication efforts

- Manage the various rewards and recognition platforms and initiatives

- Periodic review of HR metrics along with Business leaders

- Rollout of associate wellness initiatives

- SPOC for all audits, PSO / QMS reviews.

- Associate query handling and grievance redressal

Key tasks (to be managed by team):

- Conduct AR induction and onboarding activities for all new joinees

- Collate, analyze and report a consolidated feedback analysis for all new joinees and take necessary actions based on findings of new joinee analysis

- Facilitate various group communication forums based on business needs eg: EBMs, New joinee meets, monthly updates

- In consultation with unit business leads, facilitate all forms on internal communication [ formal and informal ] eg, skip level meets, one on one meets, Pizza and coke sessions

- Ensure implementation of entire Performance management process as designed by the Talent processes team

- Work closely with Business and Total rewards team with regard to compensation revision exercise and all other compensation related aspects

- Work closely with L & OD team to identify learning needs of associates and facilitating execution of L& D programs and initiatives to fulfil the needs identified

- Work closely with Business leads and total rewards team for implementation of various rewards and recognition programs and initiatives

- Work closely with leads and managers towards facilitating associate retention by providing timely and relevant intelligence in this regard

- Provide relevant data to business leads and managers on a periodic basis covering various aspects of Associate Engagement

- Work closely with business and Talent process team to identify Top Talent / people in Critical Roles with special emphasis on implementation of customized engagement, retention and development programs for the identified talent pool

- Work closely with Business leadership team and Talent processes team to run an associate engagement survey and present and implement an action plan based on findings of the survey

- Ensure compliance to local legislations, liaising with legal and finance team in this regard

- Handle relevant associate queries and manage associate grievances

- Act as SPOC for all HR matters for a given territory

Salary range - 12-15 LPA
