- Recruitment – Handled placements across all levels in the organization. Person should have handled hiring for Africa operations
- Sources, Screens and interviews candidates for open positions
- Conducts pre-employment selection tests and coordinates for interviews
- Conduct reference checks
- Provides guidance to interviewing managers on policies
- Ensure that all positions are filled within the timeframe defined
- Develop and manage the yearly employee engagement calendar
- Manage the rewards and recognition process
- Acts as the first point contact for employee queries regarding the relevant corporate function policies and grievances.
- Identify and develop the training calendar
- Keeping abreast of the latest developments in the field of HR with a view to enhancing the processes in the organization
- Assist in planning the procedures required for implementing and sustaining the systems and processes defined by the corporate functions.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for the relevant corporate function process and updates the same.
Min 4 to 6 years experience in Recruitment across all levels, Training, Employee Engagement and assist in other areas. People form FMCG and manufacturing companies should apply
